2008年2月 Miss Emily has arrived!!Miss Emily joined our family Sunday night at 10 pm. She weight 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. My labor was farily short, contractions becoming regular and frewquent around 5 pm and completely intolerable around 9ish. I asked for Stadol since I'd had it before and hoping to take the edge of my contractions but it didn't do much forme except make me sleepy. So I asked for an epidural, which I received but that was short lived because the doctor broke my water and she was born not even 10 minutes after I received it! One push and she was out--the fastest labor and delivery I've ever experienced! And I'm still not sure how I delivered an 11 pound baby 3 years ago and she was only 7 pounds-answered prayer I guess :-)
Anyhow, she's here and beautiful and we couldn't have been blessed more. She's not even a week old and has already fille d aspecial place in our hearts. I can't wait to see the plan God has for her life and the benefit we'll receive because of her. |
